Key Responsibilities:
Act as the right-hand to the owner, supporting him in their daily operational, strategic activities, and prioritizing tasks.
Identify, manage, and track tasks mostly related to properties.
Serve as a liaison with other professionals such as attorneys, property managers, property management companies, accountants, and other employees.
Efficiently manage technology-related tasks including computer support, phone, emails, and more.
Exhibit strong writing skills and effective verbal communication.
Conduct research, delegate tasks to other professionals, and ensure follow-ups.
Manage the intricate scheduling demands for both the real estate team and the owner, ensuring optimal time-management.
Coordinate and occasionally drive the owner to property visits across Loveland, Denver, and Colorado Springs.
Execute follow-ups with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
Liaise effectively with vendors, contractors, and various service providers, coordinating schedules and ensuring the highest quality of service.
Oversee administrative responsibilities including but not limited to: managing emails, data entry, filing, and document organization.
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in an executive or personal assistant role within the real estate sector.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Unmatched organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Capability to work autonomously and take initiative in prioritizing tasks.
Flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work during unconventional hours as the business dictates.

A valid driver’s license and comfortable driving the owner as required.
