Job Description
The Director, Developer Relations and Executive Producer for Games & Digital Platforms is a unique hybrid role responsible for playing a pivotal part in bringing a portfolio of exciting games and interactive experiences to life. From a development point of view, the experienced candidate will be a creative and technology partner to developers and publishers globally, capably managing the production and successful release and live operation of selected games. From a new business perspective, the highly connected candidate will drive creative and game ideation discussions industrywide, spearhead game pitches, and establish world-class creative development partnerships. The successful candidate will utilize creative and business acumen, and a strong industry network, to achieve these goals. The Director, Developer Relations and Executive Producer will also play a key role in shaping our future games slate, implementing techniques that foster innovation and processes that drive quality. The passionate candidate will advocate for new thinking and calculated risk-taking with a focus on the group’s growth objectives. This role will also be integral in supporting an inclusive and forward-looking culture that brings great people, product, and ideas together at the intersection of gaming and entertainment.

Salary range: $130,000 - $170,000
