    Job Description:
    We are a leading construction company specializing in large-scale ground-up projects seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our projects from pre-construction to completion. This role is office-based, with occasional site visits, and requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning & Coordination:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with design teams, architects, engineers, and consultants during pre-construction to finalize plans.
    • Coordinate with site superintendents and field crews to ensure smooth project execution.

    Budget & Cost Management:

    • Create, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
    • Approve and track all project expenditures and change orders.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

    Scheduling:

    • Establish project timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment with project goals.
    • Monitor progress against schedules and address delays proactively.
    • Communicate updates to stakeholders and resolve scheduling conflicts.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure all construction activities adhere to design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
    • Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables and resolve quality issues.
    • Implement quality control processes to maintain the highest standards.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Address project challenges proactively and manage conflict resolution.

    Stakeholder Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors.
    • Prepare and present project reports, including progress, budgets, and forecasts, to stakeholders.
    • Ensure clear communication between all parties involved in the project.

    Team Leadership:

    • Oversee and manage a team of project managers, coordinators, and administrative staff.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.

    Permitting and Compliance:

    • Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are secured.
    • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
