Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

✔ 5+ years of experience in executive search or corporate recruiting

✔ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

✔ In-depth knowledge of various industries and executive-level roles

✔ Demonstrated success in closing high-level placements

✔ Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

✔ Excellent research and sourcing skills

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
