At Recruitz we are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier executive talent for our client organizations. This position requires a strategic approach to sourcing candidates, building relationships, and managing the entire recruitment process for high-level positions. An established book of business is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage and expand your existing network of executive-level contacts and clients
Develop and implement effective strategies to source and recruit executive-level candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Collaborate with client organizations to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement
Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients and candidates
Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, interviews, and placements
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes
Achieve and exceed placement targets and revenue goals
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business-to-business recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency setting
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in executive-level positions
Established book of business and network of executive contacts strongly preferred
Strong understanding of various industries and executive role requirements
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software
Excellent research and analytical skills
Discretion in handling confidential information
Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' organizational needs
