Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new clients seeking recruitment services through cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify business opportunities and secure signed contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional recruitment services.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
- Attend trade shows, conferences and networking events to establish connections.
- Meet and exceed quarterly business development targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment business development (min. 2+ years).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration.
- Strong market knowledge and industry insights.
- Experience with cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
- Comfortable attending trade shows, conferences and networking events.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Crelate) and recruitment software.
