    We're seeking an experienced Business Development Recruiter to join our team!

    As a key player, you'll identify and acquire new clients seeking top talent, secure signed contracts, foster strong relationships, and collaborate with our team to drive business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and acquire new clients seeking recruitment services through cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify business opportunities and secure signed contracts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional recruitment services.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
    • Attend trade shows, conferences and networking events to establish connections.
    • Meet and exceed quarterly business development targets.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in recruitment business development (min. 2+ years).
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration.
    • Strong market knowledge and industry insights.
    • Experience with cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
    • Comfortable attending trade shows, conferences and networking events.

    Nice to Have:

    • Familiarity with ATS systems (Crelate) and recruitment software.
    • Experience working with various industries (e.g., tech, finance, healthcare).
