    We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Operations Manager to support our continued growth and ensure our team’s operations run smoothly. As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day functions that drive the success of our real estate team. You will ensure our business processes are efficient and scalable, support the team’s marketing and transaction needs, and maintain operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in real estate operations or sales, a knack for project management, and a passion for supporting team growth. Responsibilities: • Team Leadership & Support: Manage the operations team and provide hands-on support to agents and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow across all departments. • Transaction Management: Oversee transaction coordination from listing to closing, ensuring all documentation, deadlines, and compliance requirements are met. • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, increase productivity, and enhance client service delivery. • Marketing & Brand Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, listings, and open house events. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms. • Systems Management: Maintain and enhance CRM systems, project management tools, and internal databases to support day-to-day operations. • Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely execution of property-related tasks. • Compliance & Risk Management: Stay current with industry regulations and ensure the team remains compliant with local, state, and federal real estate laws. • Reporting & Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track team performance, sales progress, and operational efficiency. • Lead Management: Ensure leads are being followed up with by our agents, assign leads, and maintain positive relationships with our third-party referral companies. • Recruiting: Identify and recruit new talent to add to the team, ensuring that any new hires complement our team culture. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate operations, office management, or a related field. • Must have sales experience. • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset. • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. • High level of problem-solving ability and strategic thinking. • Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Compensation: $28 - $30 hourly
