Executive Secretary/Executive Administrative Assistant

Functional Description: This position will provide administrative support to executive staff and Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) with office management responsibilities to include coordinating schedules and calendars, recording meeting minutes, preparing briefing packages, Navy correspondence, reports, and documentation.
• Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing internal correspondence, receiving visitors, assisting with internal visitor requests and security clearance packages, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
• In addition to secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making DTS travel arrangements).

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
Required Education: Journeyman - AA/AS degree.
Allowable Substitution:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
