Role We are seeking Admin Operations Professional to champion the growth of Vadilal Ice Creams across the Canada market. This role encompasses the administration and supply chain operations. Communicate with and between Sales, 3PL warehouse, Driver, Senior Managers and backend team in India and within USA.

    Key Responsibilities: • Assist in overseeing daily supply chain operations for Texas. • Liaison between sales team and dispatch team. • Checking sales orders. • Follow up with sales team for maintaining order deadline. • Preparing accurate invoices. • Communication with sales team for orders/ Dispatch/ Shorts Items/ Damages or discrepancy. • Scanning acknowledged invoices. • Maintaining route sheet. • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities as needed to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance. • Other office management duties as required from time to time.

    Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree • Prior experience in Admin and or operations. • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable in multitasking.
