Summary of Position: This dynamic role combines personal assistance with household management. It requires a proactive, tech-savvy individual who can work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing priorities.

Hours: 32-40 hours weekly: Wednesday off, including one weekend day. Occasional early mornings or evenings may be required. Flexibility is essential, with additional hours based on workflow and projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements, event planning, conference registrations, scheduling, medical licensing updates, and clinic tasks.

Manage expenses and create documents using Microsoft Suite tools.

Handle professional communication with office staff, contractors, and other entities.

Household management: light housekeeping, event planning, adolescent care, carpooling, cat care, and occasional cooking.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Proficiency in Google Apps, iOS, Android, and Microsoft Suite.

Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks with effective follow-up.

Reliable, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle interruptions.

Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Minimum of two years of administrative experience (college education preferred but not required).

Strong problem-solving and common sense: capable of analyzing data, defining issues, and adapting to changing situations while interpreting instructions effectively.

Work Environment: Primarily based at the employer's office in Tualatin, with occasional work at their home in SW Downtown Portland, where one cat resides. Physical requirements include navigating stairs and lifting standard household items.
