    Executive Assistant at Efferent Media

    We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to join our team and help us stay on top of our game! If you're great with details, thrive in a dynamic, in-office environment, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, you might be just who we're looking for. While we appreciate your experience, please note that this position requires working from our Lindenhurst office daily— we are not considering remote candidates at this time.

    What You’ll Do:

    Provide high-level administrative support to our executive team

    Manage calendars, emails, and phone calls with expert precision

    Assist with basic accounts payable and receivable tasks

    Coordinate meetings, prepare financial paperwork, and handle office management tasks

    Support various departments, from marketing to finance, to ensure seamless operations

    Bring your creative ideas and contribute to the growth of the company

    You’re Probably a Match If You Have:

    Juggle tasks like a pro on a Mac (comfortable with the platform is essential).

    Overall familiarity with QuickBooks is helpful (or the willingness to learn it quickly).

    Interest in CRMs, WordPress, or tools like Google Analytics is preferred.

    Need strong organizational and multitasking abilities to succeed in this role.

    Natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

    Understanding how to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies is crucial.

    Some knowledge or interest in digital marketing is a definite plus, but not a deal breaker!

    Starting out? We would also consider applicants who are earlier in their careers if you have some digital marketing experience, training, or knowledge.
