We are looking for an experienced, professional line cook/expeditor to prepare food to Mike Anderson's exact specifications, set up stations for shifts, and assemble and package orders for service. Line cook duties will consist of assisting with their daily tasks. A great team member will play a key role in living true to our vision (noted above). An Expeditor is expected to familiar with the entire menu and how it is made, and is directly responsible for assembling, garnishing, selling, and controlling the flow of orders in and out of the kitchen.

Closed on all major holidays.
We close at 10:00 PM Monday-Thursday
Close at 10:30 PM on Friday and Saturday and 9:00 PM on Sundays, so no late nights!
Here’s what we need:
An awesome smile and winning attitude.
A willingness to learn and be part of a winning team.
1-2 yrs line cook and expo experience.
Ability to work holidays, weekends, and Sundays.
Responsibilities
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables and/or preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team.
Properly timing orders and ensuring they come out on time.
Expedite items by communicating with cooks and timing orders.
Packaging Togo orders and assembling in house orders for service.
Plating and Garnishing items.
Assist managers in directing the "flow" of service.
Answer, report and follow kitchen managers instructions
Clean up station
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members
Skills
Proven cooking experience
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with our industry’s best practices
