Job Title: Preschool and Child Care Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

 Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with state and developmental guidelines.  Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.  Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.  Monitor and document children’s developmental progress and milestones.  Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.  Encourage social and emotional development through play and structured activities.  Supervise and assist children during daily routines, including meals, naps, and outdoor play. Qualifications:

 High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.  Must have or be able to obtain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.  Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.

 CPR and First Aid Certification.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Passion for working with young children and commitment to their growth and development.
