Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients, assessing their needs and creating tailored treatment plans.
- Ensure exceptional results and client satisfaction, with a focus on natural-looking enhancements.
- Educate clients on treatment options and aftercare while maintaining a luxurious patient experience.
- Work collaboratively with a skilled team of professionals to contribute to business growth and success.
- Adhere to safety, compliance, and medical protocols, ensuring the highest standards in all services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine, with a focus on injectables.
- Expertise in facial anatomy and a keen eye for delivering natural, aesthetic results.
- Experience in a luxury or high-end medical spa environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Sales skills and the ability to offer treatment plans, skincare products, and memberships.
