Our Aestheticians offer a combination of relaxation and results driven facials, acne treatments, and chemical peels to our clients. This position is for 25 – 30 hours and must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday and commute to Back Bay on the MBTA (no parking available)

They must possess a thorough knowledge of the skin, have excellent facial and hand/arm massage, strong pressure, as well as skin extraction techniques, possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa’s specific facial treatment offerings.

Because we believe in skincare RESULTS + RELAXATION, we do about 20 minutes of massage in each facial that includes face, neck, décolleté, shoulder, hand and arm.

You will learn modalities such as: Hydrapurge, Hydra-brasion, Microdermabrasion, LED therapy, Ultrasonic, Microcurrent, Microneedling, and the Green Herbal Peel. You will learn advanced knowledge on the treatment of Acne. You will also learn about skin care product ingredients and overall product knowledge. You will learn what products work best for various skin types.

Education

· Must hold and maintain a current State license.

Experience

· 2 – 3 years verifiable Aesthetics Experience (required)

· Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.

· Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.

· Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.

· Must be a team player.
