Our client, an architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and be proficient in using Revit software.
The primary responsibility of this role is to create full sets of plans for multifamily and mixed-use buildings, including construction documents.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Utilize Revit software to create architectural designs and develop full sets of plans
- Prepare accurate and detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate with other disciplines, such as structural and MEP engineers, to integrate their designs into the overall project
- Review and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders during construction phase
- Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends, software updates, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architect, with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use buildings
- Proficiency in using Revit software for architectural design and documentation
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
