Fast growing wholesale bakery in Asheville, NC seeking experienced artisan baker. Full time (32-40+ hours/week, M-T) Qualifications: Must have minimally 1-3 years experience in wholesale baking, deck ovens, rack ovens, mixing, shaping & proofing. Pay commensurate with experience, send resume with business references. This position oversees all artisan bread production from mixing, shaping, proofing and operating the deck oven.
