For qualified attorneys with three years of experience, the expected base salary is $95,000, in addition to monthly origination and performance bonuses. Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research using various resources and tools to support case preparation and strategy development. • Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards. • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings. • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal matters. • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients, proactively adjusting legal strategies and recommendations as needed.
