About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced BOH Line Cook to join our team at The Great Greek in Vestavia Hills. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Assist with the setup and stocking of food stations

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment

Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient service

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting

Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience a plus

Food handler’s permit or certification
