Cash Handling: • Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately. • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tips responsibly. Store Maintenance: • Ensure the workspace, counters, and equipment are clean and sanitized. • Restock inventory, including coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies. • Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Training and Development: • Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing methods, and company procedures. • Attend training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge. Qualifications: • Prior experience in a coffee shop or similar environment is preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. • Basic math skills for handling transactions. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods. • Capability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds. • Dexterity to operate equipment and perform tasks requiring repetitive motion.
