Located in the heart of Lakeview, our Cafe serves amazing specialty coffee and made-to-order crepes (Counter Culture Coffee is our preferred roaster). Who you are:
A trained barista who knows how to pour Latte Art ( We will ask that you pour 5 drinks at your interview, come prepared to be behind the bar for 10 min)
A hospitality first people person - you simply love to make others feel good, no questions about it!
A positive contributor to the Team environment, able to self-manage your station
A multi-tasker who won't bat an eye even when caught under a bit of pressure
A punctual & reliable teammate, always on time for shifts & never leave your teammates hanging
We use TO-DO LISTS to finish and track all of our tasks. If you have a hard time following lists, this job will not workout for you.
Competitive industry rate starting at $15 (Hourly rate + Tips (our tip rate for last 4 payroll is $5+/ hr )
Free coffee drinks & staff meals
We welcome experienced restaurant/cafe professionals and those with at least 1 year of experience in a 3rd wave coffee shop. Training will be provided on our crepe station so you can understand the basics along with a 2-week training program on our espresso bar so you feel comfortable with the equipment we have.
