Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and hard-working bartender to join our team at Aventura Sailing Club in the scenic Dana Point Harbor. We are a members only club and positive relationships with our members is key. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must follow California Department of Alcohol Control guidelines and rules.

Hours:

Wednesday: 3:30 PM - 9:00PM

Thursday: 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Friday: 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Saturday: 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Crafting fun and interesting cocktails.

Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Managing monthly inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate and minimizing wastage.

Providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Handling cash and card transactions efficiently.

Complying with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender.

Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Availability to work the specified hours.

Must be of legal drinking age and have the necessary certifications (e.g., Responsible Beverage Service Training).
