We are looking for an experienced baseball instructor who has played baseball at an higher level ( college) and understands the essence of hitting and how to best navigate the high school and college pathways! We have a passionate client base who is committed to excellence so we need one part time instructor to round out our strong team of talented baseball instructors! We are a start up in phase 2, where we are still molding our philosophies and processes! We do not have travel teams and we focus on individual development! We need an instructor who can connect with our players, foster growth and mental tenacity while also enhancing technical hitting mechanics, approach and mindset!

5 Tool is a baseball development facility and gym that integrates movement patterns into every day practices across all disciplines! We believe in develop to play, rather than a play to develop philosophy! We prioritize individual needs, wants and goals and create excellence in our players!
