Responsibilities: • Analyze and evaluate employee benefit programs to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness. • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing employee benefit packages to attract and retain top talent. • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related inquiries and issue resolution. • Stay current on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all benefit-related laws. • Collaborate with HR team to streamline benefit administration processes and enhance overall employee satisfaction. Qualifications: • 3+ years of successful benefits sales experience • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills • Willingness to learn to leverage Brokerage Builder, Salesforce, and AI into your practice Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly
