Qualifications: • 3+ years of successful benefits sales experience. • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. • Willingness to learn to leverage Brokerage Builder, Salesforce, and AI into your practice. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly
