The selected candidate will provide a Federal Civilian Agency with expert budget preparation and financial analysis support. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparation of a monthly dashboard with appropriation information, quarterly report on Status of Balances and Appropriations, development of Tri-Annual information guidance, preparation/submission of annual Budget-in-Brief BIB), and budget systems development and Ad-hoc requests.
Required Skills
- 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or business management related field from an accredited College or University
- At least 5 years in Federal agency budget management and related OMB rules, criteria and processes and experience
- Experience managing teams of people and directing complex projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass NACI background check

- CPA and/or CGFM designation is desirable but not required.
- Located in the Washington DC national capital region with the ability to work onsite 2-3 days a week. (hybrid position)
