Looking to staff a specific client! Male 94 years old, 6 ft, ~250lb. ANTHEM, AZ. Lives with wife, no pets, Veteran, Vascular Dementia (w/o behaviors), unsteady cognitive decline, light housekeeping, medication reminders, dress assist, bathing assist, incontinence, transferring (full transfer assist), standby walking assist, observation, companionship, meal prep, encourage fluids, enjoys 21 or uno.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of caregiving experience. This client has personal care needs that may involve toileting, showering, and ambulation assist. The right caregiver will have experience with elder care, personal care, ambulation assists, transportation of the client in their personal vehicle, and meal prep/housekeeping.

Schedule: 8:30am-2:00pm Wednesday, 8am-10pm Sunday

Pay – $17.35 to $22.35, depending on experience.

A caregiver who has received a caregiver DCW, CNA, LPN, RN, or other similar certification at some point in their career is eligible for higher hourly pay.
