ServiceMaster is one of the top Disaster Restoration, Residential and Commercial Cleaning companies in the Upstate. We currently have an opening for a Carpet Cleaning Technician. This position would consist of full time work, Monday - Friday. We are looking for people with industry experience!

Potential employees should be hard working, experienced, dependable, thorough, honest, trustworthy and generally likeable. As a carpet cleaning technician, you will be responsible for driving to the client’s location, assessing the needs of the customer, applying stain or cleaning treatments, and ensuring all work is completed to high standards. You may also be encouraged to up-sell services and cleaning products.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of carpet cleaning products, good communication skills, and a friendly and efficient demeanor while providing high-quality service.

Job Duties: Assessing the state of the floors and carpets that need to be cleaned. Applying stain and pre-cleaning treatments to the carpets and floors. Carefully removing/blocking furniture to access all areas that need to be cleaned. Cleaning carpets and floors using a truck-mounted hot water extraction system. Up-selling cleaning services and products.

Requirements: Carpet Cleaning background required Clean and Professional appearance Accountable and dependable Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. Clean Background Check and able to pass a Drug Test Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record
