Upscale catering company looking for experienced part-time event chefs for weekend shifts - potentially weekdays based on your availability.
- Must have at least two years' experience in a fine dining restaurant or banquet facility.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment.
- Must possess prompt email communication skills - this is how we schedule your shifts.
- Current Food Handler Certificate is required.
- Events take place throughout San Diego County - must have reliable transportation to get to each venue.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to walk and stand for four (4) to eight (8) hours per shift (or more).
- Continually reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe during the entire shift.
- Able to lift up to thirty (30) pounds and push, pull up to fifty (50) pounds.
