    Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Civil litigation experience in California
    • Translate at client meetings to prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials.
    • File and serve legal documents with courts (state, federal, and appellate).
    • Independently draft complaints, discovery, motions, and court notices.
    • Independently prepare exhibits for hearings and trials (highlight, redact, cite).
    • Independently prepare routine legal documents, such as:

    • stipulations
    • hearing notices
    • subpoenas
    • deposition notices
    • objections to deposition notices

    • Organize and maintain electronic case files and documents.
    • Observe confidentiality of attorney-client relationships; maintain excellent public relations with clients.
    • Follow the ethical requirements set forth by the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State of California.
