Sass, Moore & Associates is looking for an experienced commercial HVAC salesperson. We are a leading commercial HVAC manufacturer's representative serving the greater Philadelphia marketing area based out of Woodbury, New Jersey since 1976. We sell and service a full line card of HVAC equipment. Experience and technical knowledge in this industry is required. Pay is competitive with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business
Identify and qualify leads through market research and warm calling
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
Follow up on leads and ensure timely follow-through on all customer interactions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
Proven experience in HVAC sales or business development.
Technical sales/knowledge in the industry is required.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a desire to exceed sales goals
Knowledge of the HVAC industry and market trends.
