Responsibilities: Transaction & Client Management: • Oversee commercial and multi-family real estate transactions from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and timely processes. • Conduct market research, analyze property data, and provide insights to clients on investment opportunities. • Negotiate contracts, leases, and purchase agreements to secure the best outcomes for clients. • Maintain strong client relationships by providing expert guidance, regular updates, and a seamless transaction experience. Business Development & Lead Generation: • Prospect and identify new business opportunities, including off-market deals and investor clients. • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals, including developers, lenders, and property managers. • Conduct property showings, investment presentations, and client consultations. Marketing & Listing Management: • Leverage video marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and engage potential buyers and investors. • Create compelling property marketing materials, including offering memorandums, brochures, and online listings. • Manage and update property listings on Multiple Listing Service (MLS), CoStar, LoopNet, and other platforms. Qualifications: • Active real estate license required (California). • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and multi-family real estate. • Proven ability to analyze, negotiate, and close complex transactions. • Strong network and understanding of the commercial real estate market. • Experience utilizing video marketing for property promotion is a plus. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems, MLS, CoStar, and LoopNet. • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required. • Must possess a valid California driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle, and must maintain and provide proof of current and sufficient auto insurance.
