Responsibilities: • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Self motivated and self sufficient • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Must have Commercial Real Estate Experience • Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000
