This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 1-2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, be part of a family, and grow with an established brand.

Requirements:

1-2 years experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction (comfortable with ladders, caulking, fascia repair, metal break, and fascia wrap)

Positive attitude

Excellent communication skills

Ability to use app on smartphone to manage jobs

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons

Interest in growing with the company

Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!

Compensation: Hourly Position ($18 - $22 depending on experience) initially but opportunity to transition to Performance Pay (commission) at 90 days

Required experience:

Construction/Carpentry: 1-2 years

Must be 18 or older

Must have a valid drivers license and fairly clean driving record
