    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced front desk dental associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments in accordance to proposed treatment plans, verifying insurance as well as working directly with the dental team to ensure efficiency and overall patient care. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must demonstrate a professional and friendly demeanor and has a minimum 1-2 years experience in the dental field. You will be asked to provide 3 professional references from previous employers prior to any consideration. Please do not apply if you are missing any of these qualifications and do not have DENTAL administrative experience.

    Responsibilities

    Answer incoming phone calls

    Schedule appointments and maintain calendar

    Collect and verify dental insurances prior to patient presenting

    Collect co-pays and any patient balances according to office policy

    Maintain an organized and accurate balance of daily financials

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred

    Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position

    Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Curve Dental

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
