    Position Overview: As the critical point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a smooth flow of patient scheduling, and effectively managing patient financial accounts. We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Experience with dental reception, insurance estimates, and financial management is required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Management:

    Manage Accounts Receivables and Profit and Loss statements.

    Oversee insurance billing, claims attachments, and resolution of claim issues.

    Handle Insurance verification and eligibility checks.

    Process Co-Pay estimations, payment arrangements, and invoicing.

    Coordinate insurance appeals and resolve outstanding claims.

    Collections & Payment Management:

    Facilitate payment collections, including patient co-pays and outstanding balances.

    Set up and manage payment arrangements with patients.

    Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.

    Patient Records & Compliance:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

    Manage patient forms, consents, and post-operative care documentation.

    Customer Care & Relations:

    Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience from initial contact through post-treatment.

    Retain patients through excellent communication and satisfaction.

    Manage phone, text, and email communications with patients.

    Host and assist patients in the office, ensuring comfort and timely service.

    Scheduling & Treatment Coordination:

    Coordinate patient schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal wait times.

    Manage patient acquisition and follow-up scheduling, ensuring high patient retention.

    Oversee recall management and fill appointment time slots efficiently.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Previous experience in a dental administrative role required.

    Strong understanding of dental terminology, codes, and procedures.

    Familiarity with Softdent and Dental Exchange platforms.

    Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
