    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Equipment Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience operating large and small excavators and dozers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, safety-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate heavy equipment, including but not limited to excavators (large and small) and dozers, in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
    • Follow project plans and specifications to achieve project milestones.
    • Participate in site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling.
    • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to coordinate work activities.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment, specifically excavators and dozers.

    • Proven ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently in various conditions.

    • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations relating to heavy equipment operation.

    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    • Ability to read blueprints and project plans is a plus.

    • Physical stamina and strength to work in demanding environments. Benefits
