Responsibilities: • Docket Control and Calendar Management: Continuously manage and update the company and executive calendars, ensuring precise scheduling and constant adjustments. The role demands meticulous attention to detail due to the business's reliance on calendared events. • Document Handling and File Management: Create, maintain, archive, and retrieve departmental files both physically and on cloud drives. This includes scanning and organizing documents efficiently. • Client Management Software Updates: Regularly create dashboards in the client management software system to ensure current data and functionality. • Document Production: Generate various forms of communication, including letters, emails, memos, presentations, and reports. • Mail Processing: Handle the processing and filing of incoming and outgoing mail diligently. • Project Assistance: Support a variety of projects and perform additional duties as required to facilitate team efforts and company goals.
