Compensation- Top 1% industry compensation potential. Commission-based with performance bonuses, leadership incentives, and upside potential on earnings. Responsibilities: • Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs. • Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning. • Utilize marketing tools and resources to grow your client base. • Work within a hybrid model, attending in-person meetings and training sessions as required. • Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and licensing requirements. Qualifications: • Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial services, investment advising, or insurance • Active licenses preferred: • Life & Health Insurance LicenseFINRA Series 6/7 and Series 65 or 66 (or willingness to obtain — sponsorship available) • Demonstrated success in: • Client acquisition and retentionFinancial planning or investment strategy developmentBuilding and maintaining a book of business • Strong personal/professional network with business development capability • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and lead a team or practice • High-level communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills • Self-motivated , disciplined, and goal-oriented • Tech-savvy — comfortable using virtual meeting tools, CRM platforms, and planning software • Committed to high ethical standards and client-first principles • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation: $250,000 at plan earnings
