Job Description
SupperClub SouthEnd is looking for seasoned restaurant leaders, passionate about creating amazing bar and dining experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining the bar and restaurant’s revenue, promotion of daily bar activities, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain an eye for detail, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a minimum of two years management experience in a full-service, high-volume environment. Ultimately, you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through superior service.
What we’re looking for:
Upscale Casual Restaurant Experience a MUST
High Volume Bar Experience a plus
Nightlife experience a plus
Motivated individual with an eye for detail
Experience in leading, training and motivating staff
At least 2 years of experience as a key hourly or salaried manager in a full-service restaurant (dining plus bar)
Solid track record of success in previous roles, including demonstrated career growth
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
