Experienced General Manager – Coach’s (Sports Bar & Full-Service Restaurant)

Role Description: We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead our sports bar and full-service restaurant. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that requires a leader with bar experience, strong operational skills, and a passion for guest service. This position will train under the current GM before taking over full leadership as they transition into a new role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience

Lead staff training, development, and performance management

Manage bar operations, liquor inventory, and compliance

Maintain profitability through cost control, labor management, and efficiency improvements

Handle guest relations, conflict resolution, and community engagement

Work 50-55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

Previous experience managing a full-service bar and restaurant is required

Strong leadership skills with a focus on training and staff development

Proven ability to increase sales and manage financial performance

Ability to work late hours, as this location is open later than other Saddleback BBQ locations

Exceptional multitasking skills in a high-energy sports bar environment

Compensation & Benefits:

$60,000 salary

401K with 4% match
