What You’ll Do:

Patient Care & Evaluation: Assess physical capabilities and create personalized, goal-oriented care plans.

Therapy That Works: Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and innovative techniques to help patients move and feel better.

Empower & Educate: Be a guiding light—teach patients and families about physical therapy and cheer them on through their journey.

Team Collaboration: Partner with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to create a seamless care experience.

Document & Communicate: Keep track of patient progress and ensure clear communication with the team.

Professional Growth: Stay on top of the latest in PT—there’s always something new to learn!

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed PT: You’ve got a valid Arizona Physical Therapist license.

Home Health Experience: At least 1 year preferred—but if you're a quick learner, we're happy to help you grow!

Skills to Shine: Compassionate communicator, great at building relationships, and comfortable working both independently and with a team.
