As we prepare for our grand opening, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a high-end, innovative med spa that prioritizes patient care, artistry, and professional development.

Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to perform injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox, Jeuveau), dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic procedures. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for facial aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' goals and medical history.
• Develop and execute customized treatment plans for optimal, natural-looking results.
• Administer injectable treatments safely and effectively.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with medical regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN, NP, or PA license in California.
• Proven hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and cannula techniques.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and ability to create balanced, natural results.
• Excellent bedside manner and patient education skills.
• Additional experience in micro-needling, PRP, vitamin IV therapy, and facial balancing is a plus.
• Passion for aesthetics and commitment to continuous education.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate ($50 - $60/hour) + commission & performance-based bonuses.
• Ongoing hands-on injectable training with our medical director.
• Flexible scheduling (Monday-Sunday, 9 AM - 6 PM).
