Job Overview: Aiello Home Services is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Install Coordinator / Permit Specialist to manage installation scheduling, permit processing, and administrative support. This role ensures smooth coordination between our installation teams, dispatch, sales, and customers while handling critical documentation and compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical installations, ensuring seamless communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Process permits, register warranties, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate project records, including documentation updates and job status tracking.
- Order and track necessary equipment and materials for installation projects.
- Support the installation team by troubleshooting scheduling conflicts and resolving any project-related issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, paperwork processing, and system updates.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and office staff.
- Basic understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical services (or a willingness to learn).
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic administrative tasks.
- Experience in permit pulling and warranty registration is a plus.
