We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Experienced Install Technician to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Install Technician with 1-3 years of hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in system installation, have a strong attention to detail, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions

Ensure proper installation and startup of equipment per the manufacturer's specifications and local codes

Collaborate with team members and project managers to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule

Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout and after installation

Provide customers with clear instructions on system use and maintenance

Accurately complete installation paperwork and communicate with the office/dispatch team

Comply with all company safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

1-3 years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials

Sheet metal or ductwork experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Nice to have but not required:

EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)

NATE Certification

Experience with zoning systems or smart thermostats
