This role offers the opportunity to manage existing client accounts while contributing to the growth of new business. Responsibilities
Hybrid sales & service position -
Manage client policy changes, inquiries, and claims efficiently
Provide tailored advice and insurance solutions to meet each client's unique needs
Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for cross-selling
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and agency growth
Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and in person
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance customer service or account management
Licensed Property & Casualty Agent (Louisiana) or willing to become licensed within 30 days
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with insurance software NowCerts and CRM systems AgencyZoom
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission and Bonus Opportunities
