    What You’ll Do

    Manage Client Accounts – Handle renewals, policy changes, and service requests.

    Retention & Relationship Management – Engage clients proactively to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.

    Cross-Sell & Upsell – Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional protection (e.g., bundling home & auto).

    Assist with Commercial Accounts – Support business clients with their coverage needs (training provided).

    Stay Organized & Efficient – Utilize AMS & CRM to track policies, process documentation, and follow up with clients.

    Be a Trusted Advisor – Educate clients on their options and help them make informed decisions.

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience: 2+ years in an insurance account management or CSR role. Independent agency experience preferred.

    Licensed in Louisiana (P&C Required) – Life & Health a plus.

    Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Comfortable with AMS/CRM software, Gsuite and Microsoft Office.

    Detail-Oriented & Proactive – Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    Team Player with a Client-First Mentality – We thrive on collaboration and integrity.
