About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team at Bath Flip in New England. As a key member of our remodel team, you will play a vital role in transforming outdated bathrooms into beautiful, modern spaces in NH and MA.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking dependable people with a positive attitude who have the ability to work at a fast pace and who have a keen eye for detail and finsihed work.

These positions are customer facing positions so you need to be respectful of people and property, have the ability to work as part of a team and have the ability to work independently when needed.

You must have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug, hearing and lift test, be organized, detail oriented, have common sense and be safety conscious.

Skilled with framing, drywall, tape & mud, painting, LVT flooring and finished carpentry.

Ensure all work is completed to high quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a lead carpenter in the construction industry.

Valid carpentry license and certifications.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
