    As a Leasing Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our leasing process by handling incoming leasing calls from prospective residents interested in our properties. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, qualify leads, and schedule on-site tours for our leasing agents, and identify sales opportunities. This position is based in our corporate office and offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while assisting individuals in finding their ideal living space.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Field inbound leasing calls from potential residents inquiring about our properties.
    • Engage with callers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
    • Provide detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing specials.
    • Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet property requirements.
    • Proactively identify sales opportunities based on prospects needs
    • Provide comprehensive property information to prospective residents, recommending alternatives as needed.
    • Schedule appointments for on-site tours with leasing agents, coordinating availability with both parties.
    • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any additional information requested.
    • Maintain accurate records of all leasing inquiries, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system.
    • Facilitate the exchange of documents and other necessary lease information
    • Utilize cold-calling, warm leads, and referrals to generate new leasing opportunities.
    • Collaborate with leasing team members to ensure a smooth transition from initial inquiry to lease signing.

     

    **Qualifications:**

    \- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred.

    \- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    \- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

    \- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    \- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

    \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software a plus.

    \- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs.
