Third Street Tavern is looking for an experienced, highly motivated line cook who can demonstrate the following:
-Cooking menu items to the recipe in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Answer, report, and follow head chef, sous chef, and all other members of management instructions
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Maintain positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
-Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without losing composure.
